Hanging Out in Surrey Hills...

We went to Surrey Hills to try Marque since Quay was closed for the New Year holiday and to check out the designs of some of the newer institutions in the area. Marque was surprisingly mah-mah, I appreciated the risks the chef took but was not particularly moved by the food. Having said that the sauterne custard was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious.
